Selling a home: the Defy Listing Collection

Defy offers three distinct listing services.

Signature: $10,700 flat listing fee. Our flagship service provides complete seller representation:

• comprehensive market analysis and pricing strategy

• premium marketing, including all 15 Standard Services and our paid Homes.com partnership

• dedicated showing coordination

• offer analysis and negotiation advocacy

• inspection and contingency guidance

• vendor coordination

• transaction oversight through closing

Sellers keep final authority over every material decision.

Minimum: $2,995. A seller-directed listing service for homeowners who prefer to manage their own sale. It includes Intermountain MLS publication, standard MLS syndication, and defined administrative transaction support. Minimum sellers are customers, not represented clients. No seller agency relationship is created.

Bespoke: starting at $29,900, custom quoted. Tailored representation for distinctive, luxury, or complex properties that need specialized marketing, expanded resources, or a custom service plan. Bespoke is based on the scope of the assignment, not a price threshold.

Commercial, multifamily, and specialized properties are individually quoted based on the scope of services and marketing strategy required.

Listing fees cover Defy's listing-side services. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, is separate and negotiable. All brokerage compensation is negotiable and not set by law.
